Zilliqa has announced its partnership with the blockchain game Alien Worlds. Zilliqa is a layer-1 smart contract blockchain network, while Alien Worlds is one of the most popular blockchain games on the planet.
With over 700k active monthly users, Alien Worlds’ partnership with Zilliqa will bring another popular game, expanding its portfolio of competitive blockchain games. A collaboration with Zilliqa’s eSports partners to promote in-game elements in Alien Worlds is one of the partnership’s other standout aspects.
Zilliqa plans to launch a brand new NFT game next year and a new blockchain platform. Alien Worlds launched its Unity SDK in 2022. It was to accelerate the adoption of blockchain games, especially on the Zilliqa blockchain. Thanks to this, the partnership will allow Alien Worlds to integrate the Zilliqa blockchain using this SDK.
Developers can also showcase their in-game DAOsand PvP features on the platform provided by Zilliqa. Now, the players will be able to buy, sell, and trade in-game items in the upcoming gaming hub.
“We’ll provide Alien Worlds with technical support to ensure the game is properly integrated with our Unity SDK and gaming hub, in what will be a strong addition to our ecosystem,” said Valentin Cobelea, Head of Gaming Technology.
As the integration goes live, the Alien Worlds team is excited about how the Zilliqa blockchain will help them introduce new DAO tokens. These tokens will be a part of the game mechanics.
Zilliqa blockchain has tons of eSports partners. Alien Worlds’ partnership with Zilliqa will open doors for the blockchain game to bring competitive gaming to the world of blockchain.

- MAD Lions (Spain-based)
Zilliqa is now responsible for NFT integration, bringing and implementing metaverse features and web3 solutions for the aforementioned eSports companies.

This partnership will allow traditional gamers to enter the web3 space as they will be provided more chances of earning rewards in competitive battles. To make this a reality, an Alien Worlds challenge for current Alien Worlds players and fans will be held by Zilliqa’s eSports partners.
