In Brief:
- Farming Season (official site) has added a Daily Challenge to its Battle Arena. A run is a single 10-minute battle that costs $0.10 to enter, paid in SEASON.
- The top 10 farmers divide 80% of each day’s entries once a day, after 00:00 UTC. The remaining 20% is sent to the game's reward pool.
- Any farm can take part, and the mode uses no energy. Single-run boosts are on sale for up to $0.50 a run.
Farming Season's Battle Arena now has a Daily Challenge. Entry to each 10-minute battle costs $0.10, and every day the prize pot is divided among the top 10 farmers.
The team announced the mode in a post on X: “It’s the simplest way to turn your skill into SEASON.”
The Daily Challenge is live in the Battle Arena: one 10-minute battle, $0.10 to enter, and every day the top 10 farmers split the prize pot.
It's the simplest way to turn your skill into SEASON. Here's how it works:

Open the Battle Arena and tap "Play the challenge".Farming SeasonView on X ↗
Getting in takes two steps: open the Battle Arena, then tap “Play the challenge”.
Splitting the pot
According to the player guide, the challenge follows a UTC day. The SEASON entry is charged when a run begins, and no energy is spent. Farms can play as often as they like, but only the best run of the day is counted.
The ranking is based on enemies defeated. If two runs tie on that number, the wave reached decides it.
Once 00:00 UTC passes, 80% of the day’s entries is shared among the top 10, while 20% heads to the reward pool. If fewer than 10 players take part on a given day, all entries are refunded.
Boosts
Boosts can be bought before a run and are paid in SEASON together with the entry. Spending is capped at $0.50 a run, and every boost applies to one run only.
For $0.10, the Sharpening stone opens the run with Whetted blade, which adds +15% damage. The Leather apron, also $0.10, grants Thick apron and reduces damage taken by 8%. At $0.05, Running shoes give Light boots and +10% speed. Storm in a jar is another $0.05 item, and it begins the run with the storm fully charged.
The $0.15 Health potion fires automatically when health gets low, restoring 40 health. Second wind is $0.25: the first time the farmer goes down, it revives them at half health.
Like every other purchase, boost spending goes into the reward pool. Because boosts are consumed during the run, they’re not refunded on days when entries are returned.
The standard arena
The main Battle Arena keeps running next to the Daily Challenge. In that mode, a farmer protects the farm from waves of monsters, and each life costs five energy. Enemy loot is credited to the player’s balance until they reach the daily battle limit for their level.
Players receive 100 free energy every day, reset at local midnight. Planting, harvesting, collecting products and feeding typically take two energy apiece. Energy packs are sold in 10, 50 and 100 sizes, and their energy doesn’t expire.
The arena is free to play and opens at Town Hall Level 1. A farm’s Town Hall level, which ranges from one to five, decides its daily earning limit. The guide sets the Level 1 cap at $1.50 a day, and says Level 5 goes “up to ×26.7 of level 1.”
The game also has the Arena Cup, a paid weekly competition that players race in.
Token and reward pool
Farming Season is built on Robinhood Chain and has a one-time $1 entry fee paid in ETH. According to the team, SEASON launched on Oct. 19 at contract address 0xea0071a8778fa02c12378e88868255e0e0952be6. “This is the only official contract,” the team added.
Settlement happens on-chain every 10 minutes. Player spending is split with 25% burned and 75% sent to the reward pool, and the ratio flips while the game is in recovery mode.
The reward pool also funds other payouts. Each week after Monday 00:00 UTC, the top three clans divide token prizes. There’s also a separate $500 daily Creator Pool, paid in SEASON and shared by the top 100 creators of each UTC day.
The team said Farming Season crossed 20,000 farms roughly two weeks after launch.
“In just two weeks, 20,000 farms have been planting, crafting, fighting in the Battle Arena and racing in the Arena Cup,” the team said.
