Help Efinity To Secure The #5 Parachain Slot

There are only five days left until the Parachain auction for slot five ends, and Efinity has managed to climb in fifth place, becoming the leading contestant to secure the parachain.

With 220,307 DOT ( ~$6,104,714) ahead of the sixth contestant, the Enjin community is only a few days away from a massive victory.

Now, more than ever, it is necessary to support Enjin and Efinity by contributing DOT to Efinity. Every contribution is vital to secure the slot.

Based on information from the Polkadot website, the fifth slot bidding ends approximately on December 16th, 2021.

For every $DOT you contribute, you will receive 4+ EFI Tokens.

Enjin & Ethereum

If you haven’t been following egamers, we have proudly served the Enjin community and ecosystem since 2018. Back then, Enjin was the only solid gaming project with a strong focus on NFTs that contributed the maximum to Ethreum network in multiple ways, including creating the ERC-1155 token standard, which was later adopted by the Ethereum foundation.

Every day, I see more and more Ethereum projects adopting ERC-1155. That makes me proud that we are part of the history, proud that we believed early in a team that made a significant impact on the whole cryptocurrency industry with its vision for NFTs.

But times and circumstances change. While Enjin was all about Ethereum, the “Mother” of all smart contract blockchains is lagging due to its increasing GAS fees, making almost every transaction costly and forbidden.

Efinity on Polkadot

This is where Polkadot comes into play. Enjin is building the Efinity parachain on Polkadot, which won’t have the problems of Ethereum.

Moreover, since energy efficiency has become a thing these days, Enjin plans to make NFTs carbon-neutral by 2030 with its upcoming blockchain, Efinity, to consume significantly lower electricity than Ethereum and Bitcoin.

Don’t get confused, Enjin is not leaving Ethereum. Jumpnet is already out and working; it’s a sidechain of Ethereum that connects the Enjin platform with the Ethereum network. It works fast, has no fees, and users are minting NFTs like crazy.

Efinity will consume around 4,060,000,000,000 watts per year, that’s ~0.15 of the electricity used by Ethereum.

The PoS (Proof-of-Stake) protocol ensures that Efinity’s carbon footprint won’t increase as the network becomes more populated.

Enjin has grown to become much more than a gaming platform. Its vision with Efinity marks the beginning of a new era with instant transactions, almost zero fees, and interoperability between all blockchains.

Every project and user will be able to migrate NFTs to Efinity blockchain and enjoy a series of benefits while being exposed to the Enjin ecosystem’s massive community.

Help Efinity to secure the #5 Parachain slot. Every contribution matters, stake your $DOT for Efinity, help the leading NFT platform achieve its vision, and get rewarded with EFI tokens, the utility cryptocurrency of Efinity blockchain.

Recently. Enjin announced over 70 partners who are building on Efinity with a $100 Million fund for the developers.
