Moku revealed the feature on X on Oct. 24, calling Plots “your own cozy farm within the Pupkins world that connects with other experiences.”

Where Plots fits

Players use Plots to farm crops, gather resources and craft items. Those items are meant for use beyond the farm.

According to Moku, crafted items will “help you climb the depths of the Dungeons and strategize the charms to beat other players in Battles.” The post didn’t cover specific crops, recipes or charm effects.

Pupkins launches with three modes: Farm, Battle and Dungeons. A Pup’s traits determine its abilities in each of them. Players can already get into Whale Village at pupkins.moku.gg.

Moku says it’s building more experiences, “as seen by all the awesome experiences our community is making.”

The Oct. 27 Gen 0 mint

Plots arrives just ahead of the Pupkins Gen 0 mint, which opens as a no-loss raffle on Oct. 27 at 11 a.m. ET (3 p.m. UTC). Each ticket costs a fixed amount of $SCHIFFY.

There are 2,000 Boxes in total, with two Pupkins in each. Of those, 1,800 go into the raffle, and Moku is holding back the other 200 for partnerships and treasury.

There’s no limit on how many tickets one player can buy. Anyone with a losing ticket gets a full refund within a week.

If entries go past 1,800, Moku will switch to a weighted draw. A player’s odds will depend on the number of tickets bought, the Mokis and $SCHIFFY held, and how early the deposit came in.

The $SCHIFFY price per ticket “will be announced closer to mint,” Moku said.

Each Pup is also a wallet

Every Pupkin is an NFT that doubles as a wallet for tokenized stock and Schiffy. The stocks a Pup holds depend on its breed. When a Pup changes hands, its assets go with it, and unwrapping the Pup releases them.

Gen 0 Pups carry pure class traits, and both Pups in a Box always come from the same class. Gen 0 holders also collect royalties on breeding fees paid across the full bloodline of their descendants.

$SCHIFFY can be traded on Uniswap, OpenSea, Fomo and Pump.fun.

Background

Moku, which made Grand Arena ARENA $0.00002186 ▼ -25.4% and Nomgar Clash on Ronin, is behind Pupkins, its latest game. The studio is also working on a creator kit for Pupkins and says it will let people with no development background build their own experiences in under an hour. A release date for the kit hasn’t been announced.

Ronin mentioned the launch in its Oct. 8 newsletter, saying Moku had “welcomed Pupkins into its growing universe.”
