farming season reports 20000 farms in its first two weeks In Brief:

In Brief:

  • Farming Season (official site) said players created 20,000 farms in the game over roughly two weeks.
  • According to the team, those players have been planting, crafting, battling in the Battle Arena and racing in the Arena Cup, the game’s paid weekly competition.
  • The game is built on Robinhood Chain. On Oct. 19 the team pinned an announcement saying its SEASON token is live on that chain.

About two weeks after launch, Farming Season says it has crossed 20,000 farms.

The team shared the milestone on X: “In just two weeks, 20,000 farms have been planting, crafting, fighting in the Battle Arena and racing in the Arena Cup,” the post read.

The post gave no daily active count for those farms and didn’t say how many separate players own them. Revenue and token numbers weren’t included with the figure either.

What the farms are doing

Farming Season is a farming game with pixel art. Players set up a farm, grow crops and raise animals. They can also join clans and take on waves of monsters in a battle arena.

The game’s player guide says every player receives 100 free energy per day, refreshed at local midnight. Planting, harvesting and feeding each use two energy, and a single life in the Battle Arena uses five.

The arena unlocks at Town Hall level one and costs nothing to play. Defeated enemies drop loot until a player hits the daily battle limits. Fights shift with daily conditions, and the guide gives Archer raid, Blood moon and Rat King day as examples.

The Arena Cup

The Arena Cup is the weekly ranked mode. Players at Town Hall level two or higher can enter once a week for $1.

Every entrant gets the same 10-minute clock for each run. Quick Battles can be repeated without limit, the best run becomes the player’s score, and the leaderboard sorts players by how many enemies they defeated.

The team announced one weekly prize pool of $3,000 along with 150 whitelist spots from Raid Lords for NFT holders. It has also advertised a daily creator pool worth $500 in SEASON.

Real-market buildings

Three of the game’s buildings connect to outside markets. Gold and silver come from the Mine, oil comes from the Oil Well, and the Farm Bank buys those goods at live prices pulled from Chainlink price feeds on Robinhood Chain.

The guide says players can withdraw their daily earnings up to caps that increase with Town Hall level.

Clans and token

Each week, clans receive three quests tied to boss wins, farming tasks and real-world asset activity. Completing them earns harvest bonuses: 20% for leaders, 12% for officers and 10% for members.

In a post pinned on Oct. 19, the team said SEASON is live on Robinhood Chain and told buyers to always check the contract address before buying. The team has also said 228,607,655 SEASON have been burned, which it describes as about 22.86% of supply. That number is the team’s own and wasn’t independently verified for this story.

The milestone post ended by thanking “every farmer, clan and creator who made this happen” and teasing what comes next: “Next stop: ?”
