A lot of people expect to play GTA 6 until the sun comes up, and Rockstar Games has matched its latest tie-in to that: coffee. The studio is working with Vice City Bean, a Miami coffee brand, on an official GTA 6 blend named Leonida.

A 10-ounce bag costs $23. GTA 6 is due out on November 19, and the blend is pitched at players who plan to pull an all-nighter on launch day.

What’s in the bag

Leonida is a mix of Colombian and Ethiopian beans. Vice City Bean describes it as a medium roast with tropical highlights and a bold sweetness that lingers. It lists cacao, apricot and Brazil nut as the tasting notes, which sounds closer to a specialty café menu than a merch stand.

Buyers can order whole beans or choose one of three grinds: coarse, medium or fine. Between them they cover most brewing gear, from drip machines to a French press.

Don’t wait too long

Leonida is a limited release, sold only while supplies last. It’s available from Vice City Bean’s official online store, and the collaboration is linked to Miami, Florida, the brand’s home city.

Why it’s called Leonida

GTA 6 fans will recognize the name. Leonida is the game’s stand-in for Florida, and Vice City is its version of Miami. A Miami coffee company naming a blend after Rockstar’s fictional state fits the tie-in neatly, and $23 is a cheap way to get into the GTA 6 mood before release.

A bag of coffee won’t bring November any closer, but it might get you through the first long night with the game.

Fast food could be next

Coffee might not be the last food tie-in before launch. Reports point to a possible GTA 6 McDonald’s meal, though neither Rockstar nor McDonald’s has confirmed it. Until that changes, the only official GTA 6 food item is a 10-ounce bag of Leonida with notes of apricot and Brazil nut.
