Three monsters to hunt

The studio’s announcement on X names three targets: Franken Balrog, Pumpkin Zombie and Halloween Pumpkin. Each kill pays out Power Crystals, EXP and Halloween Coins.

The post calls the Power Crystal rewards daily. It gives no amount per kill and no daily limit. The complete rules are on the event page at msu.io, MapleStory Universe’s site.

MapleStory N players spend Power Crystals to enhance items. The MapleStory N site has a public dashboard that shows the total amount of Power Crystals consumed for item enhancements.

Halloween candy goes on sale

Players spend Halloween Coins in the Coin Shop. For the event, MapleStory Universe has put Pumpkin-Flavored Halloween Candy on its shelves.

The announcement gives no coin price for the candy and doesn’t explain what it does.

Under two weeks to play

Ghoulbusters lasts a little less than two weeks. On X, the studio promoted it with a single line: “Power up your Halloween with Ghoulbusters!”

The same post gave the dates as “Oct 29 – Nov. 11.”
