Few games have ever looked as good as Cyberpunk 2077. That’s less an opinion than something you can confirm by glancing at just about any character walking through Night City.
Those hyper-specific outfits, the styling combinations that logically shouldn’t land but absolutely do, are a big reason the game endured. It’s why the thing still occupies so much mental real estate for players worldwide.
And now you can wear it on the highway.
The collab, straight from the source
Confirmation arrived via Cyberpunk 2077’s official Twitter/X account, which announced a tie-up with Rebelhorn, a manufacturer of protective motorcycle clothing.
It makes sense. Motorcycle apparel and leather jackets are all over the base game, which makes the jump to actual riding kit roughly the shortest one available.
Over on Rebelhorn’s website, the pitch reads like this:
“In the Rebelhorn x Cyberpunk collection, you’ll gear up with the ultimate high-tech armor forged for the neon-lit streets, pitting heavy-duty road protection against the elements as you fight to become a true asphalt legend. Featuring striking, custom Cyberpunk-inspired engineering, this limited-edition jacket series is designed for hardcore riders, street-style purists, and fans of the dark future alike.”
It’s advertising language, no question. The specifications sitting beneath it, though, are pulling genuine weight.
Two jackets, and the numbers behind them
Two items are on offer: the Draxter Samurai and the Draxter Militech. The faction branding is very much the whole idea.
According to Rebelhorn, this is what you’re paying for:
“Rebelhorn Draxter motorcycle jacket features a full set of certified CE-Level 2 shoulder, elbow, and back protectors. Its waterproof and breathable HydraShield PRO membrane (18,000 mm H₂O / 9,000 g/m²/24h) delivers reliable weather protection and optimal airflow on the ride. Protection Class: AA.”
With CE-Level 2 armor covering all three impact zones plus an AA classification, this is no zip-up cosplay piece. It’s proper equipment that just so happens to look like it strolled out of Watson.
A Cyberpunk Edgerunners jacket is also on the way, though its design remains under wraps.
When can you get one
There’s no launch date attached. Anyone hoping to grab one can register for updates as the project moves along, and on the availability front, that’s all there is to report at the moment.
Meanwhile, the sequel
CD Projekt Red has shifted its attention to the follow-up in a serious way. The Witcher 4 remains the studio’s top priority for now, yet upward of 100 employees are currently at work on the Cyberpunk sequel.
That turns this announcement into a quiet signal. A developer buried in sequel work rarely licenses the look of its first game to a motorcycle apparel company unless it believes that look still carries weight.
It does. That’s why the jackets exist.
For the moment, then, it’s a matter of holding steady until the studio shares more about the sequel. Here’s hoping this wait doesn’t run as long as the previous one.
