Anyone who has played in Los Santos knows the Pißwasser can. You may soon get to drink one. The US Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau has approved labels for three GTA beer brands, a sign that Rockstar could be preparing to sell GTA 6’s beer in real life.

This comes from a federal filing. Rockstar hasn’t announced anything or commented on it, and there’s no word yet on when or where the beers will be sold.

Three labels, one very cool dog

Longtime players will recognize two of the brands. Patriot Beer and Pißwasser (usually written as Pisswasser) both appeared in earlier GTA games.

The third brand is new. No Mames Vice City has a label showing a small dog in sunglasses with a Vice City chain around its neck. If one of these cans becomes a collector’s item, it’ll be the one with the dog.

All three are being brewed by Tripping Animals Brewing, a brewery based in Florida. No Mames Vice City is a 6% ABV lager. Patriot and Pißwasser each come in at 4.2% ABV, which matches Bud Light and fits the joke behind a beer named Pißwasser.

Miami looks like the obvious place to drink one

Nobody has confirmed where the beers will be sold. Bars in and near Miami are the most likely bet, since Rockstar has covered the city in GTA 6 advertising.

People in the area have been finding in-universe ads for various GTA brands around town. A giant Vice City blimp is flying over Florida. The Miami Heat’s arena has also been redone for a Vice City-themed NBA game in November, something that’s never been done before.

Some of the beer might go on sale online. It would make more sense to keep it to special in-person events around Miami, which would match how the campaign has run up to now.

The ads are spreading

Rockstar is plainly spending whatever it needs to so that everyone knows GTA 6 is on the way. Ads for the game are also up in Paris, New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles.

Those cities may only get posters and billboards, with the blimps, the arena and possibly the beer staying in Miami. Nobody knows yet. GTA 6 is currently scheduled for November 19 on Xbox Series X|S and PS5, so the dog in sunglasses has little time left to make it onto shelves.
