No LEGO set has ever been longer.
It isn’t the most expensive one. It isn’t the one with the highest brick count. But stretching past 136 cm, this 6,130-piece Ultimate Collector Series build claims a brand-new company record for raw length. Hiding it would take a Dagobah swamp of considerable depth.

Pricing lands at $799.99 (£649.99), with a release date of October 4 — though LEGO Insiders can get their hands on it starting October 1.
The complete dimensions: 20 cm (7.5 inches) tall, 136 cm (53.5 inches) long and 50 cm (20 inches) wide, tipping the scales at a little over 11 lbs / 5 kg. Measure your shelf. Then go measure it one more time.
Vader’s ride, for anyone who needs the refresher
Darth Vader’s flagship in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, the Executor is the sleek, oversized Star Destroyer that turns up at both the Battle of Hoth and the Battle of Endor — and it’s the vessel where Vader convenes his meeting with the bounty hunters.
Those bounty hunters ship with the set. The minifigure lineup covers Vader, Boba Fett, Dengar, Bossk, IG-88, 4-LOM and Zuckuss, alongside a mini build depicting the ship’s bridge.

The real thing was roughly the size of Manhattan
According to Star Wars lore, the Executor measured more than 19 km from end to end — essentially Manhattan adrift in space, studded with turbolasers.
None of that saved it. During the fighting near Endor’s moon, a Rebel pilot slammed into the command bridge, the shields dropped, and the entire vessel ploughed straight into the second Death Star. One more Imperial design flaw to file with the rest.
Crewing the ship reportedly required an army numbering in the hundreds of thousands. Probably best not to dwell on that while you’re clicking the hull plates together.
