What is Capybobo?
Capybobo is a casual idle RPG with capybara characters at its core. It began as a Telegram mini game where players level up their capybaras, overcome dungeon stages and battle monsters, then tackle missions and limited-time challenges for in-game rewards. The project blends gaming and collectible elements. Its NFT skins connect to physical designer toys via Physical-Backed Tokens, allowing digital items and physical figures to be swapped 1:1.
Token and chains
PYBOBO is the project's token. With a capped supply of 100 billion, it is distributed across Solana, TON and Kaia. Players obtain it through missions and seasonal events as well as standard in-game currencies, and it can be traded on multiple exchanges.
Funding and roadmap
Capybobo announced an $8 million funding round on October 30, 2025, with Pluto Vision Labs as lead investor, joined by Animoca Brands, Folius Ventures, HashKey Capital and Mirana Ventures. The team rolled out Season 2 during 2026 and began a closed beta for Capybobo 2. Plans include opening a flagship toy store in Hong Kong.
